Kevin M. Gormly Mr. Gormly is a partner in the law firm of Lambert & Martineau. Mr. Gormly’s practice focuses on oil, gas and mineral law, including litigation, transactional, environmental, regulatory, state and local permitting, and right-of-way matters. Mr. Gormly has handled significant and complex federal and state court litigation, as well as litigation before the Pennsylvania Environmental Hearing Board on behalf of oil and gas operators. He handles title disputes, quiet title actions, oil and gas lease issues, permitting, surface, easement and pipeline concerns, municipal issues, and all other oil and gas related litigation matters, including issues specific to the Marcellus Shale. Mr. Gormly frequently lectures and writes on various legal topics in the oil, gas and mineral industry. Mr. Gormly graduated from New York University School of Law. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Independent Oil and Gas Association of Pennsylvania. He is also a member of the Indiana County Bar Association, the Allegheny County Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He is admitted to practice law in all courts in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and is further admitted to practice before all of the United States District Courts in Pennsylvania, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. |
